Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vesara website and, where applicable, the Vesara work environment provided by Vesara, Inc. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Enterprise use of the work environment is also governed by a separate master agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the master agreement controls.

Use of the service

Vesara reads from and writes back to the tools you already run to keep one current, traceable Record and to carry multi-step work. You are responsible for the accounts, integrations, and permissions you connect.

You agree to use the service only as permitted by these Terms, your agreement with us, and applicable law.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Access follows the boundaries and permissions you configure.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, interfere with operation, infringe rights, or use it to process data you are not authorized to process.

Intellectual property

Vesara and its licensors retain all rights in the service and its underlying technology. You retain all rights in your customer content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers

The website and service are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability limits in a signed master agreement control for enterprise customers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, customer content is handled according to your agreement and our Privacy Policy.
